The gap
The region had no unified digital directory. Local business listings were outdated PDFs. Business information lived in scattered Facebook groups. New residents and visitors had no authoritative source.
What we built
A 400-listing directory with 4 layout variants, built on a Python data pipeline that ingests raw source data and outputs clean static HTML. The architecture is multi-city by design: the same pipeline can produce a new city deployment in hours. Airtable as the backend CMS.
The data
The directory is intentionally not fully populated, at the client's request. The remaining listings were sourced from three different sources across the web. It launched at fvdir.blakeiq.com and is live.
